Grange Farm is a small arable farm situated between Ryde and Newport. Surrounded by countryside yet in easy reach of beaches and attractions. The main town of Newport is only three miles away. Ryde, with its pleasant beaches, is four miles. The ferry from Portsmouth to Fishbourne is just a five minute drive.

Woodland walks adjacent to the farm are a habitat for wildlife including Red Squirrels (who have been known to frequently join you for breakfast at Grange Farm) foxes, badgers, many birds and owls. You will see wild flowers, seasonally, including wild daffodils, primroses, violets and bluebells amongst just a few.

A paradise for walkers, country lovers, bird watchers & cyclists, with an aga ready to dry off clothing if needed. There are local forests for walking and horse riding close by, and a golf club at Ryde.

The local village of Wootton is one and a half miles away where there is a local pub by Wootton bridge, a Spar shop, a Fish and Chip shop, Chemist and Post Office. Also nearby is Queen Victoria's Osborne House, a popular Island attraction. There is a bus stop right at the end of the drive.

Both Grange Farm House and the Coach House have very spacious accommodation and are of a high standard throughout with tasteful decoration and furnishings. Both properties benefit from fitted carpets, central heating and smoke alarms. There are no meters, the price is fully inclusive of all electricity. All beds are fitted with duvets and will be made up for your arrival. Linen is not provided but may be hired at £8 per person (exc towels). Linen includes sheets, pillow slips, and tea towels.

Play area for children. Each cottage has its own barbeque facility.

Grange Farmhouse is a delightful property set in the countryside but not far away from beaches, shops and attractions.

The ground floor comprises of a large family kitchen diner with Aga, fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven/hob, microwave and washing machine in laundry room.

There are two Tv lounges, a patio area with patio barbeque, garden and play area.

Sleeping up to 8 + cot, it has 4 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin, both en-suite - and a further double and twin with bathroom family suite. All beds are fitted with duvets and pillows.

Included are travel cot, high chair, stairgates and smoke alarms.

The Coach House (right) has a modern fitted kitchen including fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic hob and fan assisted oven.

The bathroom is complete with shower. The large lounge/diner has a colour television and leads to the rear garden through the patio doors.

There are three bedrooms; one double and twin room upstairs and a twin room downstairs.
