Bed and Breakfast

Grange Farm Bed and Breakfast is an award winning B&B, offering a friendly, homely and welcoming atmosphere in an idyllic rural location. There is a woodland at the back of the property, home to a variety of wild birds, perfect for walking in, and with the cycle track network close by. Grange Farm is also home to the Isle of Wight's red squirrels, who have been known to join you for breakfast at the Farmhouse.

We have a double room and a twin room, which both have an ensuite and a family suite comprising of a double room, a twin room and its own bathroom. Families are welcome! Our breakfast has been given the Enjoy England breakfast award, as well as our B&B being given the Silver award and 4 stars. The picturesque Grange Farm is situated on the outskirts of Wootton, which is between the main towns of Newport and Ryde, and is also on a well served bus route and close to the ferry terminals.
