The Coach House at Grange Farm Wootton

The Coach House at Grange Farm Wootton is located down a private drive and is surrounded by wild flower meadows to the front and rear of the property, with extensive grounds and garden, private car parking in front of the property.

There are 3 steps leading to the front door, when entering the coach house you are welcomed with a large open planned lounge /dining room with 2 bay windows and patio doors leading to the rear garden, bathroom / shower and kitchen with fridge freezer ,microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

Woodland walks adjacent to the farm are a habitat for wildlife including Red Squirrels (who have been known to frequently join you for breakfast at Grange Farm)foxes and many birds and owls. You will see wild flowers, seasonally, including wild daffodils, primroses, violets and bluebells amongst just a few.

The Coach House is situated at Grange Farm Wootton, Nr Ryde on the Isle of Wight down a private drive only 10 minutes drive from the Red Funnel ferries. The lovely sandy beaches at Ryde are just a 15min drive away, but on the Island nowhere is very far away. Newport the main town on the Island is just a 5min drive away. There is a regular bus route at the top of the drive and a local farm shop and pub half a mile away. We regularly see the local Red Squirrels and other wildlife.
